Why do you say the first option?

In triangle MNO 
M + N + O = 180 degrees
M + 105 + 50 = 180
M = 25 degrees

similarly in triangle PQR
P +Q + R = 180 
50 + 25 + R = 180
75 + R = 180 
R = 105

We can see that M = Q, N= R and O= P 
so the triangle are congruent because there are two pairs of congruent coressponding angles
