How can x2 = 2x + 4 be set up as a system of equations? y = x2 - 2x + 4 y = x2 + 2x + 4 y = x2 y = x2 + 2x + 4 y = x2 + 2x y = x2 + 4 y = x2 y = 2x + 4 @amistre64 plz help me

OpenStudy (amistre64):

well, y= this and y=that generally allows is to let y=y, or this=that

u just confused me and left thats not good xD @amistre64

OpenStudy (amistre64):

not sure why its confusing; a system of equations allows us to equate the equations

OpenStudy (amistre64):

you have this = that ... so to set up a system, we just let y=y therefore y = this, and y = that is our system

nvm.. ur not helping.
