WILL MEDAL PLEASE HELP WITH SOME GEOMETRY QUESTIONS. If ON = 8x-8, LM=7x+4, NM= x-5, and OL=3y-6, find the values of x and y for which LMNO must be a parallelogram. The diagram is not drawn to scale.
two opposite sides of the parallelogram are equal in length
ON = LM
8x-8 = 7x+4
NM = OL x - 5 = 3y - 6
so from the first equation, X = 12 Using that in the second, 12 - 5 = 3y -6 Y = 13/3
Thank you! Can you help me with a few more?

Given: (square) ABCD with diagonal BD Prove:(triangle) AND = (triangle CDB
@DanJS
reason for number 3 is same as for number 1
for number 4 is same as for number 2...they are alternate angles
i am not understanding number 5
What about number 6?
something to do with sides and angles...
try
thank you i figured it out!
Can anyone help me with two more questions?
Find the values of the variables x,y and z in the parallelogram. The diagram is not drawn to scale.
