Exactly.  It takes a while sometimes for me to get an answer.  I know how you feel.  But like @AnswerMyQuestions said, you have to be patient.  I've heard someone say she only fans the people who have helped her.  Maybe you could try doing that.  Then you'll always know when you get on if there's someone out there online who can help you.  Definitely fan @Abhisar  He's a huge help.
