Otherwise, my suggestion is to come to them with that, and say that you are worried about the future, and the like, and *talk* to them. Not about why, but how it is to be fixed. Or you can get a job yourself. I'd suggest both.

I dont think we can sue them, we dont have the money. And hiring an attorney would cost 10-20k Besides this company has hundreds of millions. So it is really not worth suing for.
