OpenStudy (anonymous):

OpenStudy (anonymous):

i got confused on the equation part

OpenStudy (anonymous):

you must know that \[(a^{n})^m = a^(mn) \];

OpenStudy (anonymous):

ok

OpenStudy (anonymous):

(2^6)^x = 2^(6x)= 1; every num with power 0 is 1; a^0 = 1; 2^(6x) = 1; x= 0;

OpenStudy (anonymous):

5^0 =1 so any power of 1 is 1 . 2^6 is 64 so what number would answer 1

OpenStudy (anonymous):

the other part :- (5^0)^x = 5^(0x) =1 , then every x make the equation

OpenStudy (anonymous):

so if the above equate holds then 6*what equals 0,0. x=0 in the first equation :)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

thats for the first part ?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

is there another number other than 0 which makes such a large number 64 =1. oh Borak did that above :)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

but i ned help with part a not b :(

OpenStudy (anonymous):

i understand part b but not a a confused me
