yes sound waves require a physical medium all other waves in the list are electromagnetic waves which don't require any known medium

ultraviolet can't be becasue of sun. radio can't be because of space crafts sound possibly can't travel gamma waves also less posibly. Gamma and ultraviolet both electromagnetic waves
