OK - there's an explanation for this guy.

He's part of the website template. When the website loads up slow or something's wrong with the server itself, the website shows you the template on the browser instead of the real page.

A template is like a placeholder which tells you what something will look like once it is in action. So how they design websites is that they make a template with sample names and text, and tell the server something like, "This is what the website looks like. It is your job to replace the sample name and text with a real name and text."

When you choose themes for blogs like Tumblr and stuff, you first get to see the template for that theme with text like "Lorem ipsum...".
