the rate of change is the slope; slope of func1 = 2 and slope of fun2 = 0.5 the func1 have the greater rate of change 2

Notice that this slope will be the same if the points and(0,0) and (1, 2) are used for the calculations. For straight lines, the rate of change (slope)
