The question is about that polynomial has a REPEATED factor. And it is NOT true
Since repeated factor is something like : "the graph passes through a point on the x-axis twice" but your graph crosses the x-axis at 2 different points. So, it doesn't have "REPEATED FACTOR" @iGreen.
