Directrix (directrix):

@CuteGirl903k Are those your answers posted and you want somebody to check?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

no

Directrix (directrix):

Is this a matching problem: the ratios are 1:4 4:1 1:2 2:1 1:5 5:1 I'm just trying to help. Those ratios are close to being the answers I got. Close, but not the same.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

ok what do i do

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Thx for the help -_-

Directrix (directrix):

The first chart is side length to perimeter so you get those ratios with side length on top and perimeter on bottom. You hav 6/24, 7/28, and 10/40. They are all ways to write 1/4. So, the first answer is 1/4.

Directrix (directrix):

The second problem goes with the same data. Ratio of perimeter to side length. Use the same numbers as before but go right to left. You get 24/6, 28/7 and 40/10. All those are ways to write 4/1. Notice that the second answer is the reciprocal of the first. Try the third one and see how you do, okay. @

how do you know that those are ways to write that
