we can always construct a unique plane thru 3 points that are not all colinear. we can construct a plane thru any 3 points, but if they are colinear then there are an infinite number of planes that fit the bill, any of which would still make them fit on the same plane.

now, if the question is reducing the planes to the sides in question, then there is no way the BC and F can fit on the same 'side' plane.
