yes, option B doesn't sem reasonable, right. You can see how US and Europe imposed sanctions on Russia, and dang, the goods there go up. (this increase in cost of goods also has to do with that the ruble (Russian currency) has dis-valued).
C could be true, but not necessarily that war is declared. And example of this being not necessarily true is what is going on between Russia and the rest of the world (US and Europe).

I would nt be sure that it isn't A and D. But I think though that A is more of an immidiate concern. I can be wrong, because I am not good at History.
