Let’s say you start drinking a soda from the school vending machine every day, taking in an additional 200 calories a day. At this rate, how long would it take you to gain one pound of body fat?

3,500 calories = 1 pound So if you are going to only be adding 200 calories extra a day, it would take about 17-18 days to gain that pound. But this is only a general estimation. So everyone results may vary, it could take a bit longer, or it could happen a bit faster depending on each individual because everyone's metabolic rate are different. Hope this helps!
