Umm...this is a rather odd question. Using a rubric can help you make sure you did the assignment correctly and followed the guidelines. Usually, you can give yourself some sort of grade based on the criteria, so I suppose "true"

The "grade" will give you an idea of if you need to change anything and help you self-reflect, but it isn't a real grade.
