Why is OS acting up so much lately? Can ya'll probably have some maintenance done?

I know right? Glitches, disconnection, and other things of this sort every time!
This should get fixed, and I guess that when enough people cry about it, it will start to be maintained.

It was happening to me

Something popped up giving me a choice to 'kill the page' or 'wait to load'

I chose 'kill the page' and now it's working just fine

I always press wait to load. Then I refresh the page.

It was loading for an hour when I did that

It loaded

Then it showed that little note in the corner telling me to reconnect

It works perfecto after I killed it

Nothing happened at all really.

Notebook still has all of it's stuff in it
