WILL FAN AND MEDAL!!! Which of the following sample sizes for a large number of samples taken from a population will most likely result in the standard deviation of the sample proportions being the largest? A. 66 B. 44 C. 33 D. 55 (I think its C. 33 but I just wanted to double check, thanks!)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

you are correct

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I agree

OpenStudy (danjs):

why?

OpenStudy (hockeychick23):

I think so because in the equation the standard deviation is on the top of the fraction, so the smaller the number its divided by the bigger the result will be

OpenStudy (anonymous):

The reason the answer would be 33 is because, in general, as a sample size increases standard deviation decreases, assuming no numerical values are given
