Evolution is not "created" it is a natural occurring process. For example like a cup of tea always turn cold when left to it self in colder surroundings. The concept is simply invented to describe the process in which one organism change adapting to a new environment. Just like the "heat process" is invented to describe the process for the cup of tea going from hot to cold
