OpenStudy (anonymous):

what is a polynomial function in standard form zero's 1, 2, -2, and -3?

OpenStudy (misty1212):

the factors will be \[(x-1)(x-2)(x+2)(x+3)\]

OpenStudy (misty1212):

unfortunately you still have to multiply it out to put it in standard form

OpenStudy (misty1212):

you can use mathways, or wolfram to do it for you with no mistakes

OpenStudy (anonymous):

that's where I am having the problem, how do I multiply it out.

OpenStudy (misty1212):

the middle two are good ones to do first

OpenStudy (misty1212):

\[(x+2)(x-2)=x^2-4\] might be the easiest start

OpenStudy (misty1212):

but you still have to do the rest of them http://www.wolframalpha.com/input/?i=%28x-1%29%28x-2%29%28x%2B2%29%28x%2B3%29
