C is not an example of biased language because it makes no assumption on the gender of the person being talked about. The rest are gender-biased because A uses chairMAN as opposed to chairperson, B assumes the student is a male, and D assumes the nurse is a female.
It's not B because it says the student is male. A says chairman--not chairperson. D is saying female. So the only one that isn't biased is C. @abbeyjane50 is correct :-).
