Directrix (directrix):

I see the diagram but not the question. What is it?

Directrix (directrix):

I see the question now.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

do u know it

Directrix (directrix):

The answer has to do with SAS. Just a second and let me get its last name.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

ok

Directrix (directrix):

It is this: Proving -- SAS Similarity Theorem : If an angle of one triangle is congruent to the corresponding angle of another triangle and the lengths of the sides including these angles are in proportion, the triangles are similar.

Directrix (directrix):

You are proving the small triangle inside the larger one similar to the larger one. Look at the sides. They are in proportion 30/10 = 27/9 = 3/1 and the two triangles share an angle for the A in SAS. So, that is it.

Directrix (directrix):

Sorry for barging in. Hope it did not upset anybody.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

thnk u i almost got it wrong you r a big help

Directrix (directrix):

You are welcome.
