lolwut ? Interior triangle is equilateral with two sides equal (being radius of circle) and a 60 degree angle. PQO angle is 90 degrees, therefore, on the interior non-equilaterla triangle you have one angle that is (90-60)=30 degrees and another one which is (180-60)=120 degrees. Which means x = 180 - 120 - 30 which means x=30 (in the first image).
