Take this with a grain of salt, because I'm not 100% sure... First and foremost, look at the words. Evaluate means to assess, a conclusion is the end to something and also a judgement or decision made by reasoning. So it makes sense that in an evaluative conclusion you'll be recapping on points that were made in the body of the writing. Now, if you want to make an intelligent guess, look at context clues. B,C, and D all mention referring back to main points or "the big picture". It stands to reason that A, the only answer that says that an evaluative conclusion indirectly refers to main points, is incorrect.
