I would say A, but it depends on your definition of short term. In theory 2 years sounds like a long time, but perhaps your short term goal is to buy a house in 2 years, then sell it in 10 years for profit. It's all relative to the goal. But I'm assuming that "years" is supposed to be categorized as long-term.
