what the difference between RNA and miRA
chemically? none. functionally? well, microRNA is just one subgroup of RNA molecules, so you can't compare the two miRNA are short RNAs, like in the bacterial immune system with CRISPR/CAS, and are made for the purpose of binding to specific RNA sequences, thus silencing their translation. this is gene regulation on the translational level.
here RNA is a single strand of ribonucleic acid. It has three types mRNA which stands for messenger RNA. These pieces of RNA carry messages about what proteins to make from the nucleus to the ribosome. In the nucleus is tRNA which is what copies the DNA to make the pattern for which protein to make. That copy is carried by the mRNA and the rRNA are at the ribosome and turn the copy made by the tRNA into the actual protein.
have fun : )
