Help!!! I'm so stuck on this. I will medal and fan!!! Which number is not in scientific notation? 11 ⋅ 1021 5.7 ⋅ 109 3.1 ⋅ 10−12 1.67 ⋅ 10−5 This makes no sense to me they all look like scientific notation

OpenStudy (anonymous):

They are all exponents btw

OpenStudy (anonymous):

The first one lol

OpenStudy (anonymous):

first simple

OpenStudy (anonymous):

does it have to be a decimal or something

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Because for it to be in scientific notation the number has to be from 1 to 9. 11 is not in this range

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Lol, Its pretty obvious all you must do is look over and remeber what a scientific notation msut look like.

OpenStudy (michele_laino):

I also think the first one, since it is not in the form 1.x, where x is an integer number

OpenStudy (anonymous):

1 to 9 for a scientific notation first question has 11

OpenStudy (anonymous):

oh right lol

OpenStudy (anonymous):

who I suppose to give the medal to
