Well, by reading this paragraph, i know that she's not stringy, as this paragraph says nothing about her being ungenerous, and she's doesn't seem prompt and meticulous--having the tendency to be attentive and detailed oriented, so this leaves us with a and b, and I'm unsure.
When Ryan's clothes were described, it said that she wears a black cloak, and it was also said she talks about hell to her students--this women sounds creepy to me.  However, this gives us the impression that she's maybe cold and has a dark character. So i guess b, but please don't end up condemning me if it's wrong.  XD
