plz

OpenStudy (anonymous):

@borak help me plz

OpenStudy (anonymous):

the function called rate change of function is 2x-5y = -15 ; 2x+15 =5y ; 2/5x +3 = y this postive rate of change not !! negative

OpenStudy (anonymous):

y= -4x+9 // this negative rate of change

OpenStudy (anonymous):

the slope = rate of change // slope give you inforamtion about the nature of the function

OpenStudy (anonymous):

part 3 : - you see that x is going up the value is decreasing more then the slope is negative

OpenStudy (anonymous):

back my pc shut down

OpenStudy (anonymous):

wait @borak wat are the answers just put like A B A B like that

OpenStudy (anonymous):

the function of part 3 is -3x -4

OpenStudy (anonymous):

i think it's A B B B

OpenStudy (anonymous):

ok i got 4 more

OpenStudy (anonymous):

@Nnesha is he right with A B B B

Nnesha (nnesha):

yes

OpenStudy (texaschic101):

rate of change is the slope In y = mx + b form, the slope is in the m position 1.) 2x - 5y = -15 -5y = -2x - 15 y = 2/5x + 3 slope is 2/5.....so its positive (A) 2.) y = -4x + 9 slope is -4 .... so its negative (B) slope formula : slope = (y2 - y1) / (x2 - x1) 3.) (2,-10)(4,-16) slope = (-16 - (-10) / (4 - 2) slope = (-16 + 10) / 2 slope = -6/2 slope = -3....so negative (B) 4.) (-3,15)(-2,11) slope = (11 - 15) / (-2 - (-3)) slope = -4 / (-2 + 3) slope = -4 / 1 .... so its negative (B) yep...its A,B,B,B
