IDK this one but I found this on yahoo answers: By process of elimination, B is the best answer. A - No. Most of Russia is non-mountainous. C - No. Volga drains south into the Caspian Sea. D.- No. The Urals are within Russia and not at all close to China. B is true if it means "largest lake by surface area". The Caspian Sea is the largest lake by surface area, but not by volume. (And not that it's crucial to the question, but it's not entirely within Russia.)
