It can't be Hydrogen is the best answer. Helium is a gas. Mercury is a liquid at room temperature. Oxygen is strongly attracted to positive ions in that state. It looses its color more faster. Get it?

three of those are non-metals, which are generally TERRIBLE conductors. Only one is a metal, which is a GREAT conductor
