this is a linear equation problem. Essentially you assume that Print o Rama's fee is a function in the form y=mx+b, where x is the total number of shirts, m is the cost per shirt, b is the set up fee, and y is the total cost
so you want to find the total cost if the number of shirts is zero (the set up fee) ... what you want to do is calculate the slope and extrapolate backwards
