Can someone compare different orgo textbooks? my choices are organic chemistry with biological applications by McMurry, OC by Klein, by Loudon, by Carey and by Wade
I cannont google things up cuz I am in China right now and I lost my VPN cuz I just switch computer

I used Wade as an undergraduate...good book.

Yeah I used solomons and I have to say it did a good job of explaining things. You might also want to look into getting the reagent guide from Master Organic chemistry, he runs a really good site too.
Solomons is a good organic chemistry textbook but most (I really mean all) organic chemists I have talked to about the matter recommend Organic chemistry by Clayden. The Art of Writing Reasonable Organic Reaction Mechanisms is also good if you have the basic knowledge of organic chem down
