It's either A or D. I know that.
ganeshie8 (ganeshie8):
\[4 + 7xy^2 + 5y^3 + 10x - 4xy^2 - 8x - 4y^3 + 9\]
OpenStudy (anonymous):
yes like that
OpenStudy (anonymous):
thank you i got it

the anwser is A
OpenStudy (anonymous):
do you want it explained?
OpenStudy (anonymous):
plz
OpenStudy (tropicaia):
Change all the signs to + and + - if that makes sense.
So
4+ 9 + 10x + -8x +7xy^2 + -4xy^2 +5y^3 + -4y^3
13 + 2x + 3xy^2 + y^3
OpenStudy (anonymous):
Really all youre doing is putting the like terms together. So like 4 and 9 go together. 10x and -8x go together

what do you mean by + - you mean plus negative?
OpenStudy (tropicaia):
yep sorry
OpenStudy (anonymous):
ok
OpenStudy (anonymous):
so i would rewrite it like this...
one sec
OpenStudy (tropicaia):
So the answer is A like iSpike said, that is how to combine the terms though.
