Why do people say one question per post?

And lets say that there are 3 users, A, B, and C.
User A posts his question.
User B helps him with only 5 and then leaves.
User C helps him with the last 5.
Who should User A give the medal too? And it gets more complicated when more people are involved... @TheAsker2002 @~
