well, what did you find for the roots?

an odd multiplicity will give you an axis crossing, and an even multiplicity will give you a touch

so with what @whpalmer4 said, since you have 2 zeros that are 0, and one that's -2 and one that's 2, you'll be looking at zero touching, -2 and 2 crossing
