-s/3 >= 6 ---- multiply both sides by 3
-s >= 6 * 3
-s >= 18 -- multiply by -1 to make s positive, but remember when multiplying/dividing by a negative changes the sign
so your answer is :
s <= -18 (the sign is less then or equal)
