It would be better if there is a post pinned at the top of each group stating the rules. This way, users, in particular moderators, need not make a post, bump, and bump, and close the post, and then remaking the same post again.

I third this
I fart this
I bolster this.
I'm working on it.
@Callisto I had suggested in the suggestion box that every time you enter a section a notice or something will pop up stating the rules. My suggestion is in here at row 120. I know. The subject I used as an example is OS Feedback. https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/ccc?key=0Aipa7vnafVHHdF9ieTBXMXRYZW9ZdE9CUExtdUpHeEE
I fourth this
O_O 7 medals for that reply @ShadowLegendX LOL

Yes, both sticky posts and a description area above the question box have been suggested. I am hopeful one of these has made it into the applied redesign ideas.

But, now a mod says so too... it gives the argument more leverage. >:3

Well, they have said they are looking at interface changes... so hopefully it will be in there.
Aiya! What's the point of discussing who posted it first. D: The most important point is we want this feature!
No, we need this feature because it's practical. I want a feature to earns me tons of money.
You won't earn the money os makes until you get a job in os.
