what is the acceleration of C and L in this picture? https://i.imgur.com/OH9Q8a0.jpg i would appreciate if someone explains this using newton laws(F_net=ma)

OpenStudy (danjs):

You need to find the net force at both A and B using Force = mass x acceleration

That PDF file is an old homework problem I did for a class. The systems there are solved for equilibrium; Net Force = 0. You need to use the same principle to find the accelerations of each mass, F=m*a

@DanJS,I calculated and I got \[-a_C=2a_L\] is this relation true?

OpenStudy (surry99):

nice penmanship on the homework @DanJS
