please, Im very sorry I don't know your answer, because I have studied physics at my university, whereas your question is on geology
Well from what I recall, igneous rocks could be transformed into sedimentary rocks through weathering, erosion, deposition, lithification.
But if you want to go from sedimentary to metamorphic it required compression, heating and eventually metamorphism.
