Why is it oftten easier for the military to seize power in a nation than for it to rule? list four countries and examples that support this?

well, seizing power in a nation through military often means destroying something. And as a old saying goes, it is easier to destroy something than to build/maintain something. You can give quasi any country as an example, as the question does not imply that the military failed in ruling the nation.
