Some of the basic things on this website:

\(\normalsize\color{black}{ \bullet }\) Click submit (don't close until the message is done submitting).
\(\normalsize\color{black}{ \bullet }\) After the message is sent, it will say:
“Message successfully sent. Hermes would be proud.”
