OpenStudy (danjs):

I guess it would depend on the type of workout, if you want to gain muscle, you would increase mass, but more aerobic workout, you loose mass. lol i have no idea

OpenStudy (anonymous):

yeah muscle like at first you would get smaller though idk i want big thighs

OpenStudy (danjs):

Cardio = weight loss/ fat loss (running, sports like soccer, etc) Strength exercises = muscle gain (squats, weights, etc) You will lose weight if most of your exercise is cadio. You could also gain weight from doing strength exercises because an increase in muscle mass will lead to a slight gain in muscle weight. BUT you must be careful because strength workouts often increases a person's hunger at times, and you might think you are gaining weight from gaining muscles but at times a person might be gaining weight from an slight increase in eating and they might not even notice it. If you want to lose weight the main factor is to change your diet, remember when it comes to losing weight 70% of results is from a healthier diet and %30 is from exercise. Stretching is very important and flexibility exercises is a must because it will help prevent damage to muscle tissue and it will aid in building proper muscles. Good luck. :)

so then like what if i want to weigh more but it says i need to weigh less?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

oh that made no sense, i would still be considered healthy lol

OpenStudy (anonymous):

well thank you! :D
