There are 8 points on the graph. The value of variable A for each of them is what we think of as the x-coordinate.
So, somebody has to read those x-coordinate off the points of the graph, add them, and then divide by 8.
It is not as hard as it sounds. Looking at the two leftmost points, each are above the 2 notch of the x-axis. To help you get started, the first two numbers of the 8 are 2 and 2? What are the other 6? @1497
