Lola cuts the cardboard into 9 rectangular strips having the same width. The length of each of the strip is 14 inches. Lola measures the width of each strip and rounds her answer to the nearest hundredths as 1.29 inches.

Explain whether Lola was accurate or inaccurate in her measurement. Use calculations to support your answer.
