For the first question I would say: Anything that originated in Western Europe. This statement does not accurately describe the western world. The western world refers to all the europeans and not just one specific part of europe. This statement is inaccurate and is therefore the anwer choice for this question. So I think the first one would be A.
For the second question I would say: Both. However I have a preference to which one may be correct. The europeans were very concerned about the cleaniness of the other races. They would colonize the other races and make sure they were clean. However the europeans also wanted to spread their religion. They viewed it as the heart of westernization. Therefore the european leaders worked on that project more than personal hygiene. So I think the second one would be B.
I wrote that all.
It took me so much of time.
