OpenStudy (thefluffmuncher):

∀x Player(x) ^ (∃y,z Premium(y) ^ Buys(x, y, z)) => Awesome(x)

OpenStudy (thefluffmuncher):

@ganeshie8

OpenStudy (thefluffmuncher):

@perl

OpenStudy (perl):

logic

OpenStudy (thefluffmuncher):

logic?

OpenStudy (perl):

you can translate it into english. but i'm not sure what the question is

OpenStudy (thefluffmuncher):

how? can you teach me

OpenStudy (thefluffmuncher):

i have to translate

OpenStudy (thefluffmuncher):

it's a riddle gor a game :P

OpenStudy (thefluffmuncher):

for*

OpenStudy (thefluffmuncher):

is there a website you can link to me so i can read up on it

OpenStudy (thefluffmuncher):

or the name of this subject

OpenStudy (thefluffmuncher):

ok?

OpenStudy (perl):

Let V = upside down A E = backwards E Vx Player(x) ^ (E(y,z) Premium(y) ^ Buys(x, y, z)) => Awesome(x) For all x , if x is a player and there exists y,z such that y is a premium and x buys y for z , then x is awesome. Or more simply Any player that buys a premium for someone else is awesome.

OpenStudy (thefluffmuncher):

okay i'll try that

OpenStudy (thefluffmuncher):

it's wrong :(

OpenStudy (perl):

Any player that buys a premium for someone is awesome

OpenStudy (perl):

that's wrong?

OpenStudy (thefluffmuncher):

yes

OpenStudy (perl):

what are the choices given

OpenStudy (thefluffmuncher):

there are none

OpenStudy (thefluffmuncher):

wait someone just told me the answer

OpenStudy (perl):

so how do you know its wrong?

OpenStudy (thefluffmuncher):

Every player who buys premium is awesome

OpenStudy (thefluffmuncher):

that is the answer apprently

OpenStudy (thefluffmuncher):

yup it's right

OpenStudy (perl):

the statement says more than that, every player who buys premium for someone (which could include himself) is awesome

OpenStudy (perl):

but simply , yes. every player who buys premium is awesome. maybe i'm wrong :)

OpenStudy (thefluffmuncher):

still i thank you for the help you supplied :)

OpenStudy (perl):

may i ask where you got this question?

OpenStudy (perl):

This would make more sense, if we get rid of the z. Vx Player(x) ^ (E(y) Premium(y) ^ Buys(x, y) => Awesome(x) For all x , if x is a player and there exists y such that y is a premium and x buys y , then x is awesome. Or more simplfy Every player who buys a premium is awesome. ;)
