Does anyone try to bump a question...and it just stays put?

Only the user that asked it doesn't see it bump but it actually does get bumped to other users.

Usually, I see my question get bumped up however, just recently it's been doing that

Yes, it is just a lag, and it actually bumps your question, but you don't see it happen until you refresh. I had this since I have started OpenStudy :( I am used to it though! Did refreshing work for ya?
