what one do you think?
OpenStudy (anonymous):
B?
OpenStudy (anonymous):
The line is going down wards so that tells us the slope is a negative. Does B have a negative slope?
OpenStudy (anonymous):
no
sammixboo (sammixboo):
Good explanation, MDoodle. So now we know the answer is not B and MDoodler gave you a big hint as well :)

Now, since we know the slope is a negative that tells us it is either C or D
sammixboo (sammixboo):
Correcto
OpenStudy (anonymous):
D

From the y intercept, which is (0, 3) or 3 we can use that point and use our slope to find the answer
Lets look at C, from the points (0,3) lets use our slope -rise/run -1/2
from (0,3) go down one and over 2? and keep doing that. Does each point fall on the line?
OpenStudy (anonymous):
ahh i c so it C
