Am I Right? Rhett decides to build a square room for his movie and music collection. If the area of the room is 9x^2 - 6x + 1 square feet, what is the length of one side of the room? (3x + 1) feet (9x - 1) feet (3x - 1) feet (9x + 1) feet

OpenStudy (secret-ninja):

I think its B.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

no if you factoriZe it it gives you (3x-1)^2 thats the are so the length of one side is 3x-1 :)

OpenStudy (secret-ninja):

No wait I meant C lol >.<

OpenStudy (secret-ninja):

*typo lol

OpenStudy (zale101):

The area of a square is Side x Side. To know the length of one side, you need to factor out 9x^2 - 6x + 1

OpenStudy (zale101):

Yes, C is correct

OpenStudy (secret-ninja):

Thanks guys ^-^

OpenStudy (zale101):
