The volume of a pyramid that fits exactly inside a cube is 49 cubic feet. What is the volume of the cube?

OpenStudy (igreen):

I know that a pyramid is 1/6 the volume of a cube.. So I multiplied 6 * 49 and I got 294..but that's an incorrect answer..

OpenStudy (igreen):

Oh..wait..only three pyramids fit inside a cube..so it would be 3 * 49 instead..?

Parth (parthkohli):

Yup.

OpenStudy (igreen):

Oh, okay..thanks..
